/quote - given the message id or image/gif link, Damp will store the quote and any relevant information. When one uses /getquote, all information will be embedded nicely in Discord and returned to the user
/get - retrieve quote based on the quote id or the unique given tag, formatted in Discord embed
/tag - tag a quote using id or update a quote with a new tag
/delete - delete a quote from the database
/random - get a random quote and a random reaction from Damp
