Decorum allows users to report a message by replying to a message with ~report or by using the command followed by the ID of a message in the same channel.
Moderators will see a report with the message content as well as the user(s) who reported it.
Decorum also allows for auto-deletion. When enabled, Decorum will show each users score, a number between 0 and 1 based on how many approved/rejected reports a user has created, and will delete the reported message if the combined score of all reporters is greater or equal to the threshold.
Moderators can approve a report, meaning the reported message is deleted, as well as reject or ignore the report.
