Every moderation feature is free and always will be. Bans, kicks, timeouts, warnings, auto-mod and the full case history are not behind a paywall, and won’t be. Safety features are not a good thing to charge for.

Every action is recorded as a numbered case with a reason and a moderator, searchable later. Auto-mod covers spam, invite links, banned words and a link allow-list, with strike escalation.
