Most levelling bots count messages. That rewards whoever types the most,
not whoever makes your server worth being in. GroupFinds counts time
spent in voice — and you choose the balance between voice and text,
or turn text off entirely.
Voice-time XP — earn XP per minute in a call, with a cooldown you set.
Sessions survive bot restarts, so nobody loses their call time to a deploy.
Tier roles that mean something — set levels for each role and the bot
assigns them automatically. Bronze through Diamond, or whatever you name them.
Real penalties — timeouts cost XP on a scale you configure, from a
1-minute cooldown to a week-long ban. Inactive members decay slowly and
lose tiers they no longer hold. Leavers and banned members don’t keep
their rank.
Server stats you can’t get from Discord — voice minutes, active
members, retention, who’s drifting away. Measured from inside your server,
not guessed from a member count.
Migrate from your current bot — bring existing roles and levels across
without resetting everyone to zero. Nobody loses progress.
