All-in-one server toolkit — moderation, tickets, leveling, raid scheduling, and more. Free-first, no bloat.

Back to Inkwell

Inkwell handles everything an active server actually needs instead of doing one thing well and forcing you to bolt on four more bots for the rest.

🤖 Automations

The engine that quietly runs most of this. Pick a trigger (member joins, a message matches something, a ticket opens), stack conditions (account age, role, risk score), then stack actions (give a role, send an embed, timeout, DM, hit a webhook). No code, just blocks that snap together.

Auto Role, Sticky Roles, and Custom Commands already run on it. Same simple pages you already know, still free, with the full builder sitting underneath if you ever want to go further. New triggers, conditions, and actions get added to this same engine over time instead of turning into another pile of one off features bolted to the side.

🎫 Tickets

Multiple ticket types (support, reports, whatever you need) each with their own category, staff roles, and questions asked the moment someone opens one. Claim and unclaim so people actually know who’s handling what, priority levels, a member cap so nobody floods the queue, and a full transcript (HTML and plaintext) saved the second a ticket closes. Closed one by accident? There’s a reopen button, plus history lookup by ticket number long after the channel is gone.

📝 Applications

Staff apps, whitelist apps, event sign ups, whatever your server screens people for. Runs entirely through DMs, one question at a time, so answers aren’t crammed into a tiny form box with a character limit like it’s 2016.

Staff can accept or deny with an optional reason, edit an applicant’s answers after the fact (or let the applicant fix their own typo without handing them a delete button), pull a full HTML transcript on demand, and open an interview thread or a private ticket style channel only when they actually want one, not automatically dumped onto every single application whether it was asked for or not. Staff also see an applicant’s history and past decisions at a glance before reviewing anything new.

🔨 Moderation

Warns, timeouts, kicks, and bans, all logged with a reason and a moderator on record. Auto mod catches banned words, mass mentions, and invite links before a human even has to look. Anti raid and anti nuke can undo a mass role strip or mass ban if a compromised account decides to have a bad day.

Feature overview

⭐ Leveling

XP from chatting and voice activity, a generated rank card, a server leaderboard, and milestone badges (5, 10, 25, 50, 100) that actually show up on your card. None of it locked behind a paywall just so you can see your own rank.

💬 Suggestions and bug reports

Post one, staff approve, deny, or close it, and closed ones get visually blurred out using Discord’s actual spoiler rendering, not some fake overlay, so the channel doesn’t turn into an endless scroll of resolved noise nobody reads. A running list command shows what’s still open, titles and jump links only, so members don’t have to scroll an entire channel to see what’s active.

🧩 Everything else

Welcome messages with a generated banner image and no external image host required, giveaways, polls, custom embeds you build and edit visually with zero JSON, reaction roles, server backups that restore ticket types, application types, panels, and settings without duplicating anything already there, Trust Network (opt in, cross server incident reporting, so a banned troublemaker doesn’t just hop to the next Discord with a clean slate), and webhooks that connect an external service like a game server or monitoring tool to actually trigger bot behavior instead of just posting a message.

💰 On premium

Premium exists, sure. But the free plan here isn’t a demo you get guilted out of after a week, it’s built to actually hold up long term. This whole bot exists because paying five or six different greedy bots just to run a normal server is ridiculous, so the free tier reflects that on purpose instead of pretending to.
