Inkwell Discord Bot

Inkwell handles the stuff every active server actually needs, instead of doing one thing well and making you bolt on four more bots for everything else.

Multiple ticket types (support, reports, whatever you need), each with its own category, staff roles, and questions asked when someone opens one. Claim/unclaim so people know who’s handling what, priority levels, a member cap so nobody floods the queue, and a full transcript (HTML and plaintext) saved automatically when a ticket closes. Closed by mistake? There’s a reopen button, and history lookup by ticket number even after the channel’s long gone.

Staff apps, whitelist apps, event sign-ups — whatever your server screens people for. Runs entirely through DMs, one question at a time, so answers aren’t crammed into a tiny form box with a character limit. Staff can:

• Accept or deny with an optional reason
• Edit an applicant’s answers after the fact (or let the applicant fix their own typo, without letting them delete anything)
• Pull a full HTML transcript on demand
• Open an interview thread or a private ticket-style channel — on demand, not automatically dumped onto every single application whether you wanted it or not
• See an applicant’s history and previous decision at a glance before reviewing

Warns, timeouts, kicks, and bans, all logged with a reason and a moderator on record. Auto-mod catches banned words, mass mentions, and invite links before a human has to. Anti-raid and anti-nuke protection can undo a mass-role-strip or mass-ban if something gets nuked by a compromised account.

XP from chatting and voice activity, a generated rank card, a server leaderboard, and milestone badges (5, 10, 25, 50, 100) that actually show up on your card — none of it locked behind a paywall just to see your own rank.

Post one, staff approve/deny/close it, and closed ones get visually blurred out (Discord’s actual spoiler-tag rendering, not a fake effect) so the channel doesn’t turn into a scroll of resolved noise nobody reads. A running list command shows what’s still open, titles and jump links only, so members don’t have to scroll a whole channel to see what’s active.

Premium exists, but the free plan isn’t a demo — it’s built to actually hold up long-term. The whole reason this bot exists is not wanting to pay for five different subscriptions just to run a server properly, so the free tier reflects that on purpose.
