Your community already talks in Discord, so why plan somewhere else? KanbanCord puts real kanban boards in your server. Create tasks, move them along, assign people and talk them through, all with slash commands. When you want the whole picture, the website shows every board at a glance.

• As many boards as you need, each with its own columns. Add, rename, reorder or remove them any time.
• Rich tasks: descriptions, assignees, labels, priorities, due dates, checklists, comments, images and videos.
• Assign people or whole roles. Give a task to @Design and the whole team sees it.
• Archive finished boards to keep your list tidy. Archived boards stay readable.
• Only what you need: switch off features your server doesn’t use, or keep a board in simple mode.

• Permissions follow your server from the start: the right people see and change the right boards, with nothing to set up twice.
• Fine-tune access per board and per person on the website: who can view, create, move, assign or manage.
• A full audit log of every change, which can also be mirrored to a channel of your choice.

• Update feeds post task changes in the channels you pick, mentioning the people involved.
• Direct messages for tasks you’re assigned to or created, with reminders when something is almost due or overdue.
• No double pings: if a channel already mentioned you, you won’t get a DM about the same thing.
• You decide what you receive with /notifications, or in full detail on the website.
