To get started, you can go to https://karrot.js.org to look at how you can start using the bot, once you have invited it to your server, you can customize it through the dashboard at https://karrot.js.org/dashboard, the invite link to get it in your server is https://karrot.js.org/invite, to see all commands you can go to https://karrot.js.org/commands or simply run k!help in your server after you have invited the bot.
