Nebula Notifier is a simple yet powerful Discord bot that keeps your server updated whenever a Nebula creator uploads a new video. Once you set it up, the bot takes care of the rest, automatically posting customizable notifications in the channel of your choice.
Getting started is easy. Use the /nebula-subscribe command to follow any creator and pick where their updates should be posted. You’ll also be able to customize the message text using placeholders like: {channel_name}, {video_title}, {video_url}
Allowing you to create alerts like:
🎬 {channel_name} just uploaded {video_title} @everyone
{video_url}
Want to ping a specific role? Just drop its mention directly into your message template. If you need to change the channel or rewrite the message later, use /nebula-update. You can also stop a subscription with /nebula-unsubscribe or review all your active ones using /nebula-list.
Only users with Manage Messages and Mention Everyone permissions can configure subscriptions. You can also fine-tune access through Discord’s integration settings.
Behind the scenes, Nebula Notifier checks for new uploads every five minutes, ensuring your server stays current without any delays. To keep things organized, each creator can be subscribed to once per server, avoiding duplicates.
