Upvote Packet

Your whole Discord server as one editable document: design it visually or with AI, preview every changes difference, then apply safely.

Back to Packet

Packet is the all-in-one setup + management
bot: self-serve role menus, welcome messages, AutoMod, scheduled posts, forums & polls — built in minutes with a visual editor or an AI prompt, and every change is previewed + backed up first. One bot instead of five.Think “server architecture as a document,” with a friendly visual editor on top. Most work within the bot is done at packet-app.com

The flow: Blueprint → Configure → Diff → Apply

Blueprint — get a starting point four ways: generate one with AI, pull your server’s current structure in, start from a template, or write it from scratch.
Configure — edit it visually: drag to reorder roles, channels, and categories; set permissions point-and-click. No syntax to learn.

Diff — read a plain-language summary of everything that will change — created, renamed, moved, edited, reordered, removed — before anything touches your server.

Apply — Packet snapshots your server first, then makes the changes and streams progress live, operation by operation.
What you can do

What you can do

Build your server

  • 🤖 Generate a server with AI. Describe what you want in plain English in any AI
chat; Packet hands you a ready-made prompt and you paste the result back — now covering
welcomes, scheduled posts, forums, and role pickers, not just channels and roles.
Packet never sends anything to an AI itself.
  • 🎚️ Edit visually. A full point-and-click editor for roles, channels, categories,
and permission overrides, with a live “pending changes” preview before you save.
  • 🔄 Restructure without losing message history. Rename channels, reorganize
categories, swap whole layouts — Packet renames and reparents in place, so messages stay.

Engage your members

  • 🧩 Self-serve roles. Members click buttons (or a dropdown) to pick their own roles;
auto-assign a starter role on join.
  • 🎨 Color & activity roles. A palette of name colors (or a custom one), and roles
that auto-assign while a member is playing a game or listening to Spotify.
  • 👋 Welcomes, goodbyes & scheduled posts. Greet new members with rich embeds, post
goodbye/ban notices, pin a welcome panel, and schedule recurring announcements.
  • 🗳️ Forums & community polls. Packet opens polls of the top posts, announces the
winner, pins a first post, and archives stale threads.

Stay in control

  • 🛡️ AutoMod from your blueprint — keyword, spam, and profanity filters.
  • 📋 Templates you can reuse across servers, and automated snapshots on a timer.
  • ⌨️ Slash-command parity from any channel, with the same safety gates.
Packet makes real changes to live servers, so every safeguard is on by default:

Preview before every apply. You see the full diff first; nothing happens until you click Apply.

Automatic snapshot before each apply. If something looks wrong afterward, restore the snapshot from right before the change.

Typed confirmation for destructive deletes. No accidental channel wipes.

An audit log of every change — and applies can be paused for maintenance, so you get a clear notice instead of a half-finished run.

Good to know ->

Free, and in active alpha. Start on a test server if you can, and always read the diff before you apply.

A Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published, and you can export or delete the data Packet holds about you anytime from Settings.
