SuperGuard Discord Bot

SuperGuard was built to handle member verification and ban appeals through staff channels and automated unbans, so you don’t have to manually unban them.

Server Verification

• DM Questions: Sends custom questions to new members via DM when they click a verification button.
• Staff Review: Delivers completed applications to a designated staff channel with an attached discussion thread.
• One-Click Staff Actions:
  • Approve: Grants the verified role, removes temporary roles, locks the review thread, and sends a customizable welcome message.
  • Deny: Sends a rejection DM to the applicant.
  • Deny with Reason: Opens a popup modal for moderators to attach custom feedback to the rejection DM.
• Customizable Questions: Add, remove, reorder, or reset questionnaire items using slash commands.

Ban Appeals

• Modal Forms: Uses Discord’s built-in modal popups (up to 5 fields) so banned users can submit appeals.
• Appeal Review Channel: Posts user details, ban history, and answers directly to staff, creating a thread for moderator discussion.
• Automated Unbans: Approving an appeal automatically unbans the user on the server and DMs them a fresh invite link.
• Status Checks: Allows staff and applicants to check appeal status at any time using !appeal status.

You can change the prefix with !prefix <prefix>.

Its very easy to setup both verification and appeals. Just run !verification setup or !appeal setup.
