AI-powered ticket support for Discord. Answers questions from your own knowledge base, cites its sources, and escalates to your team when it's unsure.

Back to Suppy

Suppy turns your Discord server into a self-service support desk powered by AI.

When a member needs help, they click a category dropdown (Bug Report, Billing, Account Access, or whatever categories you configure) and open a private ticket. Suppy answers instantly using your own knowledge base — not generic guesses — cites the source it pulled the answer from, and automatically pings a human teammate when it isn’t confident enough to help alone.

What it does
  • Knowledge base — import docs from URLs or write entries directly; Suppy only answers from what you give it
  • Custom ticket categories — configure your own dropdown categories and panel message from the dashboard
  • Auto classification — every ticket gets tagged with category + priority automatically
  • Staff escalation summaries — when a human is needed, Suppy writes a short summary of the issue so your team doesn’t have to scroll a long thread
  • CSAT + reopen flow — collect feedback when a ticket closes, let users reopen if the issue isn’t resolved
  • Business hours + macros — set support hours and canned replies for your staff
  • Full analytics dashboard — ticket volume, resolution time, staff performance, unanswered questions
  • Webhooks + public API — build your own integrations on top of ticket data
  • Multi-language support
