TicketBot is a premium ticket system with a website history for staff and users to access.
Users can get easy support from staff members with tickets on their favorite Discord servers.
With a web panel to configure settings, admins can create a unique ticket setup.

Permanent access to all previous tickets, both for users and staff. Tickets are automatically saved and can be viewed at any time on our web panel.
Users can view their own tickets.
Staff can search and view all tickets created at their server.

Tickets can be organized in groups called subjects.

Make it easy for users to get support. Simply click a reaction, and a new ticket is created. Different reactions can be used for different subjects.

If the server uses subjects, you can define the subject with
Staff can create tickets for other users, by tagging them last in the command.
/ticket <subject> @user
Closes the ticket/channel you’re in.
If you wish to change the close time, you can define a time with
Staff can force close tickets, meaning it will close no matter if the user responds.
To do this, use
/forceclose, or the alias
Staff can claim tickets with this command.
When a ticket is claimed, only the staff who claimed it can answer.
