/help - How to set up tickets, and every command
/ping - Check that the bot is online
/ticket open type for - Open a ticket, or open one for a member if you're staff
/ticket close reason - Close this ticket
/ticket closerequest reason close_after - Ask the member to confirm this ticket can be closed

/ticket claim - Claim this ticket, or unclaim it if it's yours
/ticket add user - Give someone access to this ticket
/ticket remove user - Remove someone's access to this ticket
/ticket move type - Move this ticket to another ticket type
/ticket rename name - Rename this ticket

/ticket note text - Leave a private note on this ticket that only staff can see
/ticket hold reason - Put this ticket on hold while you wait on something else
/ticket resume - Take this ticket off hold
/ticket block user reason duration - Stop someone opening tickets in this server

/ticket unblock user - Let someone open tickets again
/ticket available on - Opt in or out of getting tickets assigned to you automatically
/close reason - Close this ticket
/reply name - Send one of your saved replies in this ticket
