Members click a button and a private ticket opens for them and your support team. You run it all from a clean web dashboard at tickettower.net, which shows exactly who is still waiting for a reply.

- Free, including the parts other bots charge for. Replying from the dashboard, transcripts, ratings after a ticket closes and analytics are all in the free plan.
- Knows whose turn it is. Tickets waiting on your team rise to the top, with how long they’ve waited.
- Set up in a few minutes. Quick setup creates your first ticket type, then you design and publish a ticket panel with a live preview. No config files.
- Open source. MIT licensed and on GitHub.
- Ticket panels with buttons or a dropdown, your own colours, labels and images, and a live Discord preview
- Ticket types that open a private channel or a private thread, each with its own support roles, naming, welcome message and per-member limit
- Questions before a ticket opens, so your team has the details up front
- Suggested answers members see before opening, for questions you get all the time
- Claim, close with a reason, reopen, hold, move, rename, add or remove members, from buttons or slash commands
- Reply from the dashboard, posted in the ticket under your name
- Saved replies for answers your team sends often, from the dashboard or
/reply - Transcripts of every ticket in a Discord-style viewer, searchable by what was said
- Ratings: members rate their ticket 1 to 5 after it closes
- Auto-close for quiet tickets, with a reminder first
- Analytics: volume, first response and resolution times, busiest hours, satisfaction and each staff member
- Who can open: required or blocked roles, a wait between tickets, and a block list
- Log channel for opened, claimed and closed tickets

- Add Ticket Tower to your server.
- Log in at tickettower.net with Discord and pick your server.
- Follow the quick setup on the Home page: create a ticket type, then post your ticket panel in a channel.
That’s it. The dashboard’s setup check tells you if a permission is missing.

Up to 25 ticket types, 10 ticket panels and 50 saved replies per server, with transcripts kept for up to 90 days. A premium plan raises those limits for larger servers.
PrivacyTicket Tower stores the messages sent inside tickets so it can show transcripts, and nothing from the rest of your server. You choose how long transcripts are kept. Read the privacy policy.
