Default prefix for TMCleverBot is ? and one can change it with ?setprefix. You can use ?help to see all commands. If there is only the typing status, please do ?setbotlanguage (DE/ENG), then all should work. And please do the bot setup , so that the bot works best (set the roles in any case, if there is a problem with the commands).
