Members stay in Discord. Staff work from a web panel instead of sitting in ticket channels. webticketer is in closed beta, so things may change.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Post a ticket panel: a message with a button for each kind of ticket.
  2. A member presses a button and fills in a short form.
  3. The bot opens a private channel for them.
  4. Your team replies from the web panel, under their own name and picture.
  5. When the ticket closes, the conversation is archived and the channel is removed.

FOR YOUR TEAM

FREE AND PREMIUM

The free plan covers the whole product. Premium adds more room and outside connections: your own branding and short address, a public help centre, routing rules, recorded calls, PDF exports, WHMCS and Tebex.

Needed for tickets: View Channels, Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Webhooks, Manage Messages, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History.
Only for voice calls: Connect, Speak, Use Voice Activity.
