Discord tickets, worked from a web page.
Members stay in Discord. Staff work from a web panel instead of sitting in ticket channels. webticketer is in closed beta, so things may change.
HOW IT WORKS
- Post a ticket panel: a message with a button for each kind of ticket.
- A member presses a button and fills in a short form.
- The bot opens a private channel for them.
- Your team replies from the web panel, under their own name and picture.
- When the ticket closes, the conversation is archived and the channel is removed.
FOR YOUR TEAM
- One panel for every server you staff, with one sign-in

- Staff, admin and supervisor roles, and panels limited to chosen roles
- Rules for who may open a ticket, a block list, and a limit on open tickets
- Ratings after a ticket closes, an audit log and a setup wizard
- Moving from another ticket bot? Import your ticket types, questions and canned texts from a Discord Tickets or original TicketsBot export
FREE AND PREMIUM
The free plan covers the whole product. Premium adds more room and outside connections: your own branding and short address, a public help centre, routing rules, recorded calls, PDF exports, WHMCS and Tebex.
PERMISSIONS
Needed for tickets: View Channels, Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Webhooks, Manage Messages, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History.
Only for voice calls: Connect, Speak, Use Voice Activity.
