It is not an anarchy server, but we’re not a clan either.
Clans are welcome.
Clan leaders who bring gamers to the server will qualify for Mod role, thanks to their immediate contribution to the community, and their responsibility for their clan members on this server.
Clans are welcome to post a recruitment thread in our recruitment channel (will be pinned), and community members are welcome to seek clans for specific games in that same channel (as they please).
There is to be no recruiting, promoting, or advertising in any other channel.
No heated disputes outside of DM or private threads.
The aim is to have groups for as many games as possible, so that community members who are exploring other games can find teams, advice, and company.
The benefit to clan leaders is a pool of potential clan recruits, or gamers to fill gaps in your own clan events.
We have (and seek) gamers who play a variety of games, on various platforms, and are seeking to expand that network.
While not everyone uses Discord, I am hoping to bring more over from oldskool clients.
Xbox now features Discord integration too, making the audio channels accessible from consoles (absolutely brilliant move).
The project is nearing the end of the construction phase, and will soon be looking to populate the server (the addition to this server list is rather premature, but am curious to see the effectiveness of it before things get too busy to notice).
I have a lot of community-building experience, and I am motivated.
I previously founded and organised a large clan for 12yrs on a single primary game (mmo), as well as off-game server management, site building, TS2/TS3, and more. That evolved into a much leaner but broader-reaching role.
My friends and colleagues get less time these days, and are scattered far and wide. I would like a hub where we can all catch up, and enjoy the games we loved, as we get the time.

Our roles are not promotions (no ranking structure), and some roles can be requested depending on your needs (eg. platform roles).

A Mod role in a pool of gamers is surely appealing?
Our Mods are typically clan leaders on other games (or seriously skilled and knowledgeable on specific games). Mods with their own clans are required to keep the peace on this server.
Banter and arranging events is OK to a point, but know that there is a line to not cross.
If we must remove a Mod and lose 1000 server members as a result, that is what we will do.
You are leaders on this server, even though your clan is your priority.
Our Admins are server-focused staff, who give their time for free to ensure the smooth running of the server (some may even be working on future server bots/api, or other projects to benefit server members).
