Panem, once more sent into turmoil by the Second Rebellion- recovered quickly. A new President took the podium and a cleansing of victors and mayors reset the country on track, well it’s original track.
The games continue with the addition of two tributes from District 13. All tributes may now be of any gender between the ages of 12-18. Restrictions were lifted, after all, why should one female think they are safe just because their friend has been reaped?
