Rule Breaking System:
1st and 2nd Rule Break Time - Warning (Verbal warning before doing such thing)
3rd Rule Break Time - Warn + Mute (4 hrs)
4th Rule Break Time - Warn + Mute (8 hrs)
5th Rule Break Time - Kick
6th Rule Break Time - BAN HAMMER
