By buying from our shop, you are supporting the server as our servers cost a lot to upkeep each month.
Our setup consists of 2 powerful dedicated servers that provide players with the best experience both are NA.
Renting those machines each month with the license’s, software and more is very costly. And Donating to us will get you guys 2x events - Server events plus more
We offer packages to reward our supportive players which help us cover the monthly expenses and keep the server alive.

(Terms of Service)
1.1 - When buying from HyperARK store You accept there will be no refunds.
1.2 - Banned Players that have / had In-game Kits will not get any refund or any Chance of getting your kit back
1.3 - Store Items lost during PVP - PVE will not be replaced in anyway. If proven you did not receive some items you will be rewarded back the items that it did not give
1.4 - Any chargebacks through Bank / PayPal or any type of payment. Will be banned from cluster and banned from the HyperARK Discord!.

Players from EU are charged 20% VAT but VAT rates may vary for others depending on their country of residence. VAT is added to the price of each package automatically.
