We’re introducing a new role to our community to better control and to provide better support to each and everyone. Introducing “Community Helper”, which is a role for people who love to help people to provide them details on when will be the stream, how to purchase from our shop, help new members with rules and discord and many more. These will be the members who are very active, mature and know the rules properly. Once you’re selected as a Community Helper, you will be automatically eligible to become a “Moderator” if you perform your duty properly.
What’s the difference between a Moderator and a Helper?:
A community helper is just a volunteer to help the community and has no powers meaning he cannot use the commands to warn,kick,ban. All though he is in contact with the staff team so if someone does something they can inform the staff team.
Can anyone become a Community Helper?:
All though, anyone can become a community Helper, there are a few requirements that you need to full fill to have a better chance of becoming a helper. There are no set requirements that you can have though, these are a few things that increases your chance of becoming one.
- Being an active member.
- Having no warns/kicks/bans (This can be an exception).
- Having a good image in the community for having a good behaviour and being mature.
- Having knowledge about how to handle different situations
