Raid sign-ups, roster management and reminders for World of Warcraft Classic guilds and PUG organizers, run entirely inside Discord.
Raids are created on the web app at raidify.app, then shared into Discord with a single slash command. Members sign up without leaving the server, and the embed updates itself as the roster changes.
Features- Live-updating embeds. Roster counts, status changes and sign-up buttons refresh in place. No manual re-posting.
- Slash command sign-ups. Members pick a character and spec from a dropdown, and can create a character during the flow.
- Rich roster display. Tanks, healers, melee and ranged DPS, with WoW class colours and spec emojis.
- Scheduled reminders. Automatic pings at 24h, 2h and 1h before the raid.
- Group planning. Post party assignments as a live embed, with waitlist, unassigned and tentative players shown.
- Attendance confirmation. Ask the approved roster to confirm or decline, and watch responses land in real time.
- Guild integration. Map Discord roles to Raidify permission sets so access follows the roles you already maintain.
- Raid announcements. New guild events post automatically to a channel you choose, with an optional role ping.
- Personal notifications. Organizers can route reminders and sign-up alerts to any channel via a webhook.

- Add Raidify to your server.
- Sign in once at raidify.app with Discord and add a character.
- Create a raid on the web app, then post it with
/raid id:abc123.
