Clank turns any idea into an image, right inside Discord. No account, no setup, no leaving the app. Type what you want and it lands in the channel a few seconds later.
Two ways to use him/clank <your idea>: type a prompt and Clank draws it, then posts it in the channel.
Right-click → Apps → Clank It: point Clank at any existing message instead of typing a prompt. He riffs on it. If the message has an image, he uses it as a reference.
/credits: check how many renders you have left, and grab more if you want them. Private to you.
You supply the idea. The composition, the mood, the lighting, the joke hiding in the background, the choice to exaggerate something or undercut it, those are Clank’s call. He is not a neutral text-to-image box that transcribes your words; he interprets them, and the result comes back with a point of view. Ask ten servers for “a cat in space” and you will not get the same picture ten times.
He will draw in essentially any style you can name: oil painting, 80s cartoon, blueprint, noir photography, cave art, whatever fits. You do not need to learn prompt syntax, keyword stuffing, or negative prompts. Plain English works.
What it costsEveryone gets 3 free renders a day, per person, reset daily. That is per account, so it works across every server Clank is in. There is a short cooldown between renders to keep things sane.
If you want more than that, credit packs can be bought directly inside Discord through Discord’s own purchasing, so there is no signup, no card form, and no third-party checkout. One credit equals one image. Text replies and failed renders never cost anything.
InstallingClank installs to a server with slash-command access only. No message reading, no member list, no elevated permissions. He only ever sees the prompt you type or the specific message you point him at.
