Talking about books on Discord? Put a title in curly braces and BookBot replies with a card for it: the cover, author, series, genres, publication year and page count, with links to the book on Hardcover, Goodreads and Amazon.

Commands/book: looks up a single book, the same as curly braces/help: explains how BookBot works, visible only to you
- Wrong book? shows you the other matches, privately, so you can pick the right one

- Editing your message updates the reply, and removing the braces removes it
- Replies never ping anyone
Add BookBot to a server and curly braces work for everyone there. Add it to your own account and /book works anywhere, including DMs and servers that don’t have the bot.
BookBot never stores your messages, your user ID or your username. In servers, it logs which books are asked for, to track which books are popular and which ones Hardcover is missing. Nothing is logged in DMs.
