Main Commands
/menu – private main menu with categories (Favorites, General, Search, Balance, Resources, Settings, Help)
/menuvis – public main menu (posted by an admin; your selections are answered privately)
/general, /search, /balance, /rss – jump straight into the corresponding category
/favorites – view & manage your personal favorites
/admin – admin menu (restricted to authorized roles)
/setup – DM‑guided setup assistant for first‑time configuration
Tip: “Help” and “Settings” are accessible from /menu.
Interactive Menus (GUI)
Favorites: save/remove commands as favorites; dedicated view with pagination
Categories: command lists from the catalog; what you see depends on server visibility settings
User Settings: e.g., “Show favorites on start” and personal prefix (optionally prefer the server prefix)
Help: compact guide with navigation
Admin: central configuration (visibility, allowed/admin roles, timer profiles, target channel, timezone, prefixes, optional command renaming)
Moderation & Onboarding
Target‑Channel Policy: In the configured target channel, interactions should use slash commands. Regular messages can be auto‑deleted there to keep things tidy.
Setup Wizard: Helps admins via DM with initial configuration (target channel, roles, timezone, etc.)
Auto‑Timers: Menus/replies close or delete automatically based on server profiles (Auto‑Close/Auto‑Delete)
Privacy
Replies are ephemeral by default (visible only to you) where it makes sense
Logs are kept briefly (about 7 days) for troubleshooting and stability
No automatic role changes and no bulk export of your personal data
What Permissions Does the Bot Need?
Gateway Intents (developer setting)
Guilds – core server functionality
Members – to check allowed/admin roles
Message Content – to detect and, if configured, delete regular messages in the target channel; also used for DM dialogs
Server Permissions (bot role)
View Channel – required to find/use the target channel
Send Messages – to provide menus & replies
Manage Messages – allows deletion of regular messages in the target channel (enables the slash‑only policy)
Optional: View Audit Log – convenience to identify who added the bot for onboarding
Not required: - Administrator permission is not needed - Manage Roles is not used – the bot only reads roles for permission checks
FAQ
Are replies visible only to me?
Often yes: many replies are ephemeral (visible only to you). Public menus like /menuvis are posted once; your selections are answered privately.
Why are messages deleted in the target channel?
To keep that channel streamlined for commands and workflows. The deletion applies only to the configured target channel and helps maintain clarity.
Who can change admin settings?
Only server admins or roles explicitly marked as admin roles inside the bot.
Can the bot change my roles?
No. It reads roles for permission checks but does not modify them.
