Goldie Discord Bot

Goldie is one bot that replaces a whole stack of them. Every feature is a module that you switch on or off per server, so you only get what you actually need — no clutter, no command spam.

Everything is set up from a clean web dashboard: log in with Discord, pick your server, flip switches and change settings. Changes reach the bot within about a second.

• Moderation — /ban, /kick, /timeout, /warn, /purge and more. Every action gets a numbered case and is posted to your mod-log channel. Temp-bans lift themselves (even after a restart), and enough warnings can trigger an automatic timeout, kick or ban.

• Automod — removes spam bursts, invite links, unwanted links, blocked words, mass mentions and ALL-CAPS shouting. Choose delete, warn or timeout per rule, with exempt roles and channels.

• Logging — deleted and edited messages (with before/after), joins and leaves (new accounts flagged), nickname and role changes, server changes and voice activity, each in the channel you pick. Every event is also searchable from the dashboard’s Logs tab.

• Welcome / Goodbye — custom messages with placeholders, optional embeds, DMs to newcomers and up to 10 auto-roles.

• Self-roles — role panels with buttons or dropdown menus: multi-pick, single-pick or add-only.

• Tickets — private support tickets as threads or channels, with claiming, add/remove members and a transcript when they close.

• Starboard — reposts messages that collect enough ⭐ reactions, with a live star count.

• Leveling — XP for chatting, /rank, /leaderboard and role rewards at any level.

• Economy — a server currency with /daily, /weekly, /pay, a shop with role items and inventories. Every transaction is safe; balances never go negative.

• Giveaways — one-click Enter button, multiple winners, required roles, minimum account age and rerolls. They end on time, even after a restart.

• Polls — button polls with things Discord’s built-in polls can’t do: anonymous voting and results hidden until the end.

• Fun — coin flips, dice, magic 8-ball, trivia with answer buttons, rock-paper-scissors against the bot or a friend, hugs, pats and high fives.

• Reminders — personal or channel reminders, one-time or repeating. If the channel is gone, Goldie DMs you instead.

• Custom Commands — automatic replies when a message matches a trigger (exact, starts-with or contains), with placeholders, cooldowns and role limits.

• Social Alerts — get notified when a YouTube channel uploads or a Twitch channel goes live (RSS and Bluesky on Golden), with an optional role ping.

• Turn modules on and off, with clear warnings when one depends on another or the bot is missing a permission.

• Every setting has the right control: switches, channel and role pickers, durations like 1h 30m, lists and more.

• Channel overrides — e.g. keep Fun only in #bot-commands.

• Admin roles — let trusted roles manage the bot without giving them Manage Server.

• Edit level rewards, role panels, custom commands and shop items right in the browser.

• A full change history shows who changed what.

Goldie is free to use. Gold and Golden (sold through Discord) unlock extras such as image welcome cards, rank cards, voice XP, XP multipliers, regex filters, raid detection, an automod escalation ladder, HTML ticket transcripts, ticket stats, bonus giveaway entries, poll CSV exports, repeating reminders, economy minigames, higher limits and a custom bot nickname and avatar per server.

Free servers show a small “Powered by Goldie” footer on public posts. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted — items over the limit are just paused.

• Slash commands only, with clear, friendly error messages.

• Messages built from user text can never ping @everyone, @here or roles (unless you configure a ping role).

• Role hierarchy is checked before every role action, and roles with admin or moderator permissions can’t be handed out by panels, shops or auto-roles.

• When Goldie is removed from a server, that server’s data is deleted after 30 days.
