GuildHQ brings moderation, support, community and server tools together in one bot. Many features that other bots put behind a subscription are free with GuildHQ – including a custom bot name and avatar for your server.
🧪 Open Beta: GuildHQ is open to every server, no invite code needed. Some features may still change during the beta – feedback is very welcome.

Safe by default: no Administrator permission required. Roles are only handed out if they sit below the bot’s role and carry no dangerous permissions. Log channels can be created automatically and private.

AutoMod: spam, flood, link and word filters, including Discord AutoMod rules.
One-click raid lockdown (slowmode, invite pause, verify gate) and anti-nuke protection.
Verification: new members pass a quick check (button or math) before they can chat.
Channel tools: /purge, /slowmode, /lock, /lockdown and a night mode with scheduled rules.
Report messages via right-click, ban appeals, a server health score and an anonymized transparency log.

🚀 Getting started
Add the bot with the Invite button.
Run /setup or open guildhq.de and sign in with Discord.
Enable the modules you want – done. /help shows what is active on your server.
Commands: GuildHQ uses slash commands (/) and right-click actions (Apps menu) only. All commands are localized in English and German.
🔐 Permissions & privacy
GuildHQ asks for named individual permissions, not Administrator. You decide which modules are active – extra permissions never switch anything on by themselves. Hosted by netcup, a German provider. No ad trackers, no selling of data.
