GuildMesh is a World of Warcraft community management platform built around Discord.

It combines your Discord server with a full web portal, giving guilds and gaming communities one place to organise players, activities and community management without replacing Discord.

GuildMesh also supports Regular Mythic+ Teams, allowing players to create persistent teams, recruit missing roles and find players looking for a regular group.

Create structured LFG listings for dungeons, delves, quests and other activities without relying on messages disappearing into busy Discord channels.

GuildMesh communities can optionally connect with other communities.

Connected communities can share raids, Mythic+ keys and other activities while remaining completely independent.

Public activities can also be discovered by players outside your immediate Discord community.

Players can create their own GuildMesh profile, link World of Warcraft characters and import character information from Raider.IO.

Profiles make it easier to discover players across GuildMesh and see the communities they belong to.

Members can submit structured crafting requests through Discord, including profession, requested quality, materials, commission, notes and item screenshots.

Crafters can claim and complete requests with the status kept synchronised with GuildMesh.

Replace messy guild-invite channels with a proper request queue.

Members can submit their character and realm, then notify authorised guild officers when they’re online and ready for an invite.

Create community events, manage signups and run giveaways while keeping Discord and GuildMesh connected.

Let members create temporary voice channels when they need them.

Creators can rename channels, set player limits, remove players, lock/unlock access and delete the channel when finished.

Create recurring Discord reminders for raids, events or anything else your community needs.
