RainboWow is a Rainbow Role bot that changes color of a role every minute

RainboWoW is a Rainbow Role bot that makes Rainbow roles by changing its color every minute. The reason the time is 1 minute and not less is because time intervals less than 1 min is considered api spam and is against Discord TOS. So to be safe and follow the TOS, the time is set to 1 minute. the bot has 3 cmds. type !help to see them all. !rainbow cmd makes a rainbow role. !fixrainbow !fixrainbow fixes the rainbow role if it dosnt change colors and !delrainbow deletes the rainbow role
