Safespace Bot is a feature-rich, multipurpose Discord bot built around three core focuses: Mental Health, Evidence-Based Harm Reduction, and Recovery.
While support is at the heart of the bot, Safespace Bot has grown into much more than a support bot. It provides communities with a wide range of tools for moderation, safety, server management, engagement, utilities, games, leveling, birthdays, anonymous support and more all through one bot.

Our harm-reduction features are designed around providing practical, non-judgemental information that helps people make safer and more informed decisions. Safespace Bot does not encourage substance use — harm reduction is about reducing preventable harm, promoting safety and helping people access appropriate support.
🌱 Recovery & Peer Support
Recovery is different for everyone. Safespace Bot provides tools that can help people reflect on their progress, journal their experiences, receive encouragement and stay connected with supportive communities throughout recovery.

Safespace Bot includes an extensive moderation system designed to help communities stay organised and safe.
Server teams have access to features including warnings, kicks, bans, timeouts, moderation cases, histories, statistics, logging, channel locking, lockdown systems, verification and other moderation tools.
💜 Anonymous Venting
Communities can configure an Anonymous Vent system that allows members to express what they’re going through without publicly displaying their Discord identity.
Server staff can configure dedicated vent and moderation-log channels, automatic anonymous messages, anonymous replies, attachment permissions, rate limits and other safeguards.
🌸 Automated Community Features
Safespace Bot isn’t limited to commands.
Servers can configure automated systems including daily affirmations, daily check-in reminders, self-care reminders, birthdays, leveling, Question of the Day and other community features.
For example, the Question of the Day system currently includes a large question bank covering numerous categories, helping servers encourage conversation and community engagement.
