Functionality: Takes a valid Instagram Reel URL as input and attempts to download the video as an MP4 file, which is then sent as an attachment in the channel.
/yt_to_m4a (Download a YouTube video as M4A):
Utility: Enables you to extract the audio track from a YouTube video and save it as an M4A (AAC) audio file. This is useful for sharing music, podcasts, or any audio content from YouTube without the video component.
Functionality: Accepts a valid YouTube video URL and processes it to download the audio stream in M4A format, which is then sent as an attachment.

Functionality: Upon execution, the bot retrieves the current time for a pre-defined list of locations organized by continent (Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, Africa).
