Vaeros Discord Bot

Running a Discord server should leave you enough time to actually enjoy it. Talk to your members, host something fun and build a place people want to come back to. Vaeros brings moderation, support and community features together, with a web dashboard that helps you manage the everyday work.

We’re building Vaeros around the things we’d want for our own communities: useful features, settings that make sense and enough flexibility to run a server your way. We care about the details, listen to feedback and keep improving the bot as it grows.

• Moderation: Handle bans, temporary bans, kicks, timeouts, warnings and message cleanup. Moderation cases keep a record of what happened and why, so your team can review previous actions when needed.
• AutoMod and raid protection: Configure protection against spam, unwanted links and sudden waves of new members. Choose how Vaeros responds, from notifying your team to applying restrictions or moderation actions.
• Vaeros Sentinel: Set up a clearly marked protection channel where members should never post. Messages from accounts without an exemption can trigger a ban, kick, timeout or log entry. Member and role exceptions give you control, and Test Mode lets you check your setup without punishing anyone.
• Global ban protection: Choose whether your server participates in the global ban system. Receive alerts about listed accounts or enable automatic bans, depending on how your team wants to handle them.
• Server logs and private reports: Keep records of message changes, member activity and server events in your chosen channels. Members can also report concerns privately for your moderation team to review.
• Emergency controls: Lock selected channels during an incident and restore the permissions Vaeros changed when your team is ready to reopen them.
• Tickets: Give members a private place to ask for help. Your team can claim tickets, keep conversations organised, save transcripts and collect feedback through ratings when a ticket closes.
• Modmail: Let members contact your team through Vaeros’s direct messages. Staff can reply from a private server channel while the member continues the conversation in DMs.
• Levels and XP: Reward text and voice activity with XP, levels, leaderboard positions and role rewards. Members can show their progress with rank cards and personalise their colours and backgrounds when customisation is enabled.
• Birthdays and achievements: Celebrate birthdays with announcements and an optional birthday role. Recognise community milestones with achievements and choose goals that matter to your server.
• Welcome messages and rules acceptance: Create personalised welcome and goodbye messages, use welcome banners with member names and avatars, and automatically assign a starter role. You can also give members a chosen role after they accept your server’s rules.
• Self-roles and role panels: Let members choose their own game, interest or notification roles through buttons, menus and commands.
• Polls, giveaways and events: Ask your community what they think, organise giveaways and manage event registrations. Set things up through the dashboard and publish them to your chosen channels.
• Suggestions and voting: Give members a place to share ideas through a suggestion form with questions you choose. Vaeros posts submissions to your suggestion channel, where your community can vote and see the results.
• Invite tracking: See which invitations bring people to your server and track confirmed invites. Joins that cannot be matched to an invitation remain unassigned.
• Twitch and YouTube announcements: Share Twitch live alerts and new YouTube videos automatically. You can also schedule Twitch announcements for a specific date or recurring weekdays, with an optional live check. Useful for regular streams, community events or scheduled DJ sets.
• Radio: Bring stations such as I Love Radio and I Love Mashup into your voice channels, with playback controls for your chosen DJ roles. Regular radio is free and stops when the channel is empty. Founder adds 24/7 playback in a selected voice channel.
• Everyday tools: Save reusable replies with tags, set reminders, create automatic responses to common questions and let members set an AFK status. Member information, server information and small games such as dice rolls and coin flips are included too.
• Web dashboard and slash commands: Configure your server through vaeros.eu and use Vaeros directly in Discord. Choose which staff roles can access its features while keeping Discord’s permissions in place.

Every community has its own way of doing things. A small group of friends needs a different setup from a busy public server, and you should have room to choose. Enable the features you need, adjust their settings and build a setup that works for your members and your team. You don’t have to configure everything on day one.
