See who’s in voice chat before you join.
VC Board displays the members currently connected to a Discord voice channel together with their profiles from your server’s existing introduction posts. Members do not need to fill out another form or enter their profile again.
The profile board updates automatically as members join or leave, helping everyone see who is currently in the conversation.

Initial setup requires the Manage Server permission.
- Run
/setup configureand select a target voice channel and your existing introduction channel. - Select a fixed text channel for profile output. With Pro, you can instead choose a category for automatically created profile text channels.
When the configuration and permissions are valid, VC Board automatically syncs recent introduction posts and creates or updates the profile board. No manual sync or creation is needed after successful setup.
If you use automatically created profile text channels and the target voice channel is empty, the profile text channel will be created when someone joins.
If Automatic Setup Does Not Finish- Run
/setup statusto check the configuration and permissions. - If introduction syncing failed, run
/intro sync. - If the board was not created, join the target voice channel and run
/board create. If multiple targets are configured, select the voice channel usingprofile_voice_channel.
Run /help for setup instructions, available commands, and links to the official guide. The help response is visible only to you.
Use /profile show to check your own profile, or /plan status to check your server’s plan.
The Free plan is available immediately. Server managers can upgrade to Pro with /plan subscribe in Discord.

VCに入る前に、どんな人がいるか分かる。
VC Boardは、Discordのボイスチャンネルに参加しているメンバーと、その自己紹介をひと目で確認できるプロフィールボードBotです。
既存の自己紹介チャンネルの投稿を使い、VCへの参加・退出に合わせてプロフィールボードを自動更新します。メンバーが別のフォームへプロフィールを再入力する必要はありません。

初期設定には「サーバー管理」権限が必要です。
/setup configureを実行し、対象VCと既存の自己紹介チャンネルを選択します。- 固定のプロフィール出力先TCを選択します。Proでは、代わりにプロフィール表示TCの自動作成先カテゴリも選べます。
設定と権限が正常なら、直近の自己紹介投稿の同期とプロフィールボードの作成・更新は自動で行われます。セットアップが完了した場合、手動の同期・作成操作は不要です。
TCを自動作成する方式で対象VCが空の場合は、誰かが入室したときにプロフィール表示TCが作成されます。
自動セットアップが完了しない場合/setup statusで設定と権限を確認します。- 自己紹介の同期に失敗した場合は、
/intro syncを実行します。 - ボードが作成されなかった場合は、対象VCに参加して
/board createを実行します。複数の対象VCがある場合は、profile_voice_channelで選択してください。
/help で導入手順、各コマンド、公式ガイドへのリンクを確認できます。ヘルプは実行した本人にだけ表示されます。
/profile show で自分のプロフィール、/plan status でサーバーのプランを確認できます。
Freeプランはすぐに利用できます。サーバー管理者は、Discord内の /plan subscribe からProへアップグレードできます。
